The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No.430 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Police got information that some miscreants are engaged in snatching, raided the place and arrested four persons and the other accused persons succeeded in fleeing away. Arrested accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who fled away and there is recovery from the other accused persons of pistol and cartridges.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18920 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 that except disclosure made by the accused persons there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari O.P.) P.S.Case No.430 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
