=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment dated 19.8.2003 passed by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari, by which he has upheld the conviction and sentence of the Petitioners under Sections 447 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for one month, six months and one year respectively. Having considered the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
