JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but at the time of recovery, petitioner disclosed that the aforesaid motorcycle was kept by his cousin brother Dharmendra Yadav, who had also been called by the informant, but the aforesaid cousin brother of the petitioner fled away from there on the pretext to bring documents from his home. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
