The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that the informant is the agnate of the petitioner and there is land dispute in between the parties. Only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case.
