=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment dated 8.9.2003 by which the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya, in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2000/104 of 1999 has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioners under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and Petitioner No. 5 has also been convicted under Section 325 Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years with fine and in default of which further six months imprisonment.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.712 of 2003 dt.23-06-2015 2/2 Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I am unable to find any perversity in the same.

However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation and modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
