Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. It is alleged that the 45 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been made from the hutment and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today
