The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.Case No. 226 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that Rs. 25,000/- and 15 ATM cards were snatched by the unknown miscreants from the informant.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR and except disclosure of his name by co-accused in his confessional statement, there is no material against him. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54478 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2015.
