=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment dated 16.8.2002 by which the 3rd Additional Sessions judge, Jamui, in Criminal Appeal No. 37 of 2000 has affirmed the conviction of the Appellant under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for six months. Having gone through the successive impugned Judgment, I do not fined any merit in the application However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioners. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
