The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No.252 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case, as he has love affair with the deceased.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14823 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
