The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 37(a), 37(b), 37(c), 45 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act and 188, 353, 307, 224 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the written report itself, it will appear that no injury has been caused to anybody. From the written report itself it appears that this petitioner was armed with garasha and was giving threat to the police party. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64156 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.
