=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 25.8.2003 by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Officer, Arwal, has directed to Petitioners to be ousted and dispossessed from certain Plots in exercise of its power under Section 138 Cr. P.C. Considering that the case has been taken up after such a long time, I would be inclined to hold that there is no justification for interference in the same.
Hence, the application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to avail his alternative remedy at any appropriate stage. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
