JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him on account of previous dispute. Moreover, entire case diary goes to show that except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against him. The first information report as well as statement of witnesses go to show that some unknown person had shot fire on the deceased. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, petitioner carries one criminal antecedent.
