ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 2.8.2003 by which 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna, in Criminal Appeal No. 71 of 1998 upheld the conviction of the Petitioners under Sections 147 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months under each count in Complaint Case No. 505(c) of 1991, Trial No. 318 of 1998. Having gone through the successive Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, the period already undergone by the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.676 of 2003 dt.23-06-2015 2/2 Petitioners shall suffice in the interest of justice as sentence. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands dismissed.
