Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is theft of Apache motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Golu Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63965 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.
