Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18753 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 30.11.2021 and not a single prosecution witness has been examined till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2019.

Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
