The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 23.07.2016 in Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.827/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 8 and 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that total recovered Ganja was weighing about 20 gm. It has also been argued that the petitioner is an old person aged about 60 years.

Considering the quantity of Ganja weighing 20
