In the nature of the issue raised through Public
Patna High Court CWJC No.6267 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 Interest which alleges financial irregularity in execution of the schemes within Mangurahan Panchayat, Block Areraj, in the district of East Champaran, we are persuaded to direct the District Magistrate, East Champaran to consider the issue raised by the petitioner as also reflected in his representation enclosed at Annexure 4 to the writ petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
It goes without saying that should the issue raised by the petitioner find substance, any disposal shall be only after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as those against whom such allegations have been set out.
It again goes without saying that should the District Magistrate, East Champaran opine that any consequential steps needs to be taken, he shall act accordingly.
With the observations and directions above, the writ petition is disposed of.
