2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons belonging to the community of the petitioner including petitioner were distributing some food items at the time of COVID-19 and allegedly they were also distributing beef in that food items. When the villagers came to know this fact and they protested, the accused persons badly assaulted the members of the prosecution side and they also threw some beef in their houses. There is allegation against co-accused that he assaulted the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the entire allegations are false and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. As a matter of fact, 21 hours prior to the present occurrence, this petitioner has lodged Hilsa P.S. Case No. 189 of 2020 with the allegation that when the members of defense side were distributing food items in the locality, the members of prosecution side started creating chaos and also assaulted them and he submits that to save his skin from that case, the informant has lodged this false and fabricated case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
