JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 51 bottles, each containing 750 ML, 40 bottles, each containing 375 ML, 50 bottles, each containing 180 ML Indian made foreign liquor and cash of Rs. 4050/- from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the room from which the alleged bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to be recovered is let out by the petitioner to one Ashok Kumar, but petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case being owner of the house and also on

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.
