The petitioners seek bail in Sourbazar P.S. Case No.250 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302(B), 302, 201,34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of torturing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of ornaments and motorcycle in dowry and causing her death by her husband and in-laws and also disposing of her dead body stealthily.

Submission is that both the petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of Sanjan Kumari, daughter of the informant. In fact, Shekhar Yadav, husband of the daughter of the informant has already separated from the petitioners and she had gone to her

No.62398 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 maike ten days before and moreover the petitioners are father-inlaw and the mother-in-law of the deceased daughter of the informant having no criminal antecedent are languishing in jail custody since 20.06.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted. Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa, in Sourbazar P.S. Case No.250 of 2018.
