1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Abhay Kumar and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the N.C.B. Sri Manoj Kumar Singh.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the N.C.B. at the outset submits that trial has concluded.

3. The said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the NCB is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, but then it is submitted that after the prosecution evidence was closed, the petitioner submitted his written argument on 08.05.2025, but then the trial till date has not concluded.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23836 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail but then directs the learned trial Court to ensure that the trial is concluded expeditiously and within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if what has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is a true fact.
