2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailard OP) P.S. Case No. 1062 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is accused of torturing and killing his pregnant wife. He is in jail since 10.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
