This is an application seeking modification in order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24128/2014 in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 94/2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

In view of non-compliance of earlier order dated 18th December 2014, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted with a direction to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail, failing which court below is directed to do all the needful in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
