This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 20.12.2013, by which the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under section 504, 323, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

It appears that the impugned order is of the year 2013 and the same has been challenged in the year 2015 i.e. after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37913 of 2015(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 delay of about two years that too without any satisfactory explanation.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the grounds of delay and latches only.
