Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457, 380, 411, 506 and 354b of the IPC. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.8.2018 on the charges that he entered into house of the informant and made attempt to outrage modesty of the informant's wife and also committed theft and it is also alleged that the petitioner was in drunken state when he was caught by the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66013 of 2018 (2) dt.22-11-2018 as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in Special case no. 7883/2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case no. 302/2018.
