2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 587 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, a finance company was looted and the total loot amounted to Rs. 46,000/-. The accused persons also looted the mobile phones of the employees of the finance company.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20098 of 2025(4) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 and except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. He has remained under custody since 17.08.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 587 of 2023, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
