Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bettiah Mufasil Manuapul P.S. Case No. 446 of 2010 for the offence registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80671 of 2019. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with
