The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Notices were issued to the complainantopposite party no. 2 vide order dated 17.12.2014 on submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to

The complainant is present and she is ready to accept the offer of the petitioner, but the petitioner, who is employed in Gujrat, is not ready to take her to Gujrat. In the circumstances, the reconciliation is not feasible.

In the circumstances, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 1446 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
