It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the only allegation against the petitioners is that they were named by some of the witnesses but no T.I.P. has been held, neither any recovery has been made. Some of the other accused have been granted bail by the Bench of this Hon'ble court vide order dated 29.9.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.40437 of 2016. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48621 of 2016 (4) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJMXI, Siwan in connection with Daronda Police Station Case No.319 of 2015.
