The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice of Circle Officer, Kalyanpur, District East Champaran dated 26.11.2018 and 13.12.2018 (Annexure 6 and 6/A) in Encroachment Case No. 49 of 2018-19.

The petitioner was asked to file show cause. Instead of filing show cause, he has filed the writ petition. This Court is of the view that the present writ petition is premature at this stage. As such, no order is required to be passed. If any adverse orde is passed by the Circle Officer,
