2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One countrymade pistol has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2024 and he has claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria/ concerned court in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 233/2024.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, some cases are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
