JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.117 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is that 21 kgs. of ganja have been recovered from the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11541 of 2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
