2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is entirely different from CWJC No. 13512 of 2022 and the petitioner seeks to get his grievance redressed by the Waqf Tribunal.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, without

Patna High Court CWJC No.5742 of 2022(9) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 passing any order on merits, the petitioner may approach the Waqf Tribunal for seeking necessary direction in his case. The Tribunal may preferably considering the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, if any, direction or declaration is required in case of the petitioner, within a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
