The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 12.8.2003 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Criminal Appeal No.47 of 1989/ 1999 of 2002, by which he has maintained conviction of the Petitioner under Sections 409 and 420 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for two years. Having considered the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, since the occurrence is of the year 1995 the period of sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision is dismissed.
