The petitioner seeks bail in Ziradei P.S. case No. 20 of 2016 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant twice with knife.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim and petitioner were in love with each other and on account of some petty dispute the occurrence took place. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2016 and the doctor has not given any opinion of the injuries. Case diary is received but I. O. also did not collect the final opinion of the doctor with regard to nature of the injuries. On the last date, the case was adjourned for three weeks to enable

No.55393 of 2016 (4) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 the learned counsel for the State to get the final opinion of the doctor about the nature of injuries but, as usual, even after sending fax message to the authorities about requisition of the final opinion with regard to nature of the injuries, he could not be able to get the final opinion with regard to nature of the injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail for about eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Ziradei P.S.
