This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with NTPC Khaira PS Case No. 12 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation in the instant case is that total 360 liters of of liquor was seized. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.02.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-VII - cum -Special Judge (Excise) Aurangabad in connection with NTPC Khaira PS Case No. 12 of 2019.
