JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for appointing the petitioner as Lady Constable in light of Advertisement no. 1 of 2014 dated 21.01.2014, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein they have stated that the petitioner is a Backward Caste Female Non-Home Guard (BC-F-NHG) category candidate and she has secured only 96 marks, whereas the cut off marks in her category is 105, hence, she has not been appointed on the post of Lady Constable.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12640 of 2015(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 respondent State, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
