The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 452, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the gold chain and Mangalsutra of the informant, it is next submitted that allegation of abusing and pressing the neck of the informant is against Bablu and the allegation against the petitioner herein is ornamental in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
