JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 26-08-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24030 of 2015 to the extent of waiving the condition for payment of 6% interest calculated from the date of receiving of the money till the date of return in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

The above order passed on the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as follows:- "It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to return rupees four lacs with six per cent interest calculated from the date of receiving of the money till the date of return within a period of four months."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38067 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for modification.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
