The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 360 liters of illicit liquor from the bolero vehicle, said to be belonging to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.02.2019.

Case No. 12 of 2019.
