JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 20, 22, 23, 24 and 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per prosecution case, the police intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration no. BR-22V-1765 and recovered one lava mobile as also 4.5 Kg. Ganja from the possession of the accused persons.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,
