The opposite parties were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

From the show cause filed, by the opposite parties, it is seen that by order vide Memo No. 949, dated 22.02.2016 (Annexure 'A' to the show cause), a decision has been taken and certain payment have been made to the petitioner. The petitioner now challenges the decision by contending that it has not been properly paid.

If that be so, the petitioner is required to challenge the action of the opposite parties in accordance with law, if actual monetary benefit as per the order has not been conferred to the petitioner and the same be paid to the petitioner within thirty days. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed off.
