125 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor each containing 300ml was seized from dickey of a car, which is said to be belonging to the petitioner. Petitioner was not arrested at the spot. As per Para-3 of the bail petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is under custody since 22.09.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Prabhu Nath Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G. B. Nagar P. S. Case No.230 of 2016.
