10-04-2019 This is the 3rd attempt for grant of bail within very short span of time. The petitioner, who was named as accused in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2009 registered for offence under Sections 343, 323, 324, 358, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, remained absent for several years and thereafter, he was taken into custody on 05-07-2018. Immediately thereafter, he approached this Court for grant of bail, which was rejected on 20-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 49887 of 2018. After rejection of prayer for bail, without even expiry of six months, the petitioner filed second bail petition, vide Cr. Misc. No. 76647 of 2018, which too stood dismissed on 09-01-2019, considering the fact that without expiry of six months, he had approached this Court and now again, same thing has been reiterated. There is no reason to review my earlier order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19990 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
