JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in the order dated 5.11.2018 Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2018 has been mentioned. However, a supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that at the time of filing of this case the case was not committed and wrongly Sessions Trial No.18 of 2018 has been mentioned in the petition and now the case has been committed and Sessions Trial number is 320 of 2018, arising out of Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 345 of 2017 and not 35 of 2017. In such view of the matter, the order dated 5.11.2018 stands modified to the extent that in the said order Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2018, arising out of Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 345 of 2017 should be correctly read in stead of Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2018, arising out of Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 35 of 2017.
