In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, however, it is urged that he is in judicial custody since 19.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18678 of 2020(4) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
