JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Didarganj P. S. Case No. 221 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 354 (A), 354 (B), 354 (D), 307, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that, in course of the occurrence, when the informant and her gotani, Rina Devi tried to rescue their father-in-law all the accused including the petitioner assaulted them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11918 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
