The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 52/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40749/2017. This is the second attempt of petitioner to obtain anticipatory bail.

As this court is not satisfied, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and he is directed to surrender before the court below.
