The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 435 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and other persons including his nephew as well as snatch of Rs. 40,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22035 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 further submits that main allegation of assault is against coaccused Ranjit Kumar of inflicting injury to Ravi Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific overt-act is against these petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mahendra Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Baruraj P.S.
