2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Upendra Prasad has been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 18.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 83304/2023. There was specific allegation against co-accused Upendra Prasad that he assaulted Brajesh Prasad who suffered simple injuries. Learned counsel further submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned his case is on better footing than that of co-accused Upendra Prasad as there is no specific allegation against him to assault anybody.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
